Our services do not:

prescribe medical treatment
replace professional healthcare, therapy, counselling, or medical advice
guarantee specific outcomes or results
If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
While spiritual practices, energy healing, intuitive guidance, and transformational work can be supportive and empowering, they may also bring emotional material to the surface.
Participation in Soul Sisters services may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions, psychosis, acute emotional distress, suicidal ideation, or those currently in psychiatric crisis without appropriate professional support.
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept that:
you are responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing
you will seek qualified professional support where necessary
you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
Soul Sisters reserves the right to refuse participation in any session, workshop, course, retreat, or event where we believe participation may not be in the best interests of the individual or group.
3. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any Soul Sisters service, you acknowledge and accept that:
you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, interpretations, and actions
all healing and spiritual work is subjective and individual experiences may vary
results cannot be guaranteed
spiritual and energetic practices may create emotional, mental, energetic, or lifestyle shifts which differ from person to person
You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your experience before, during, and after sessions, events, workshops, retreats, or courses.
4. Retreats, Workshops & Events
Participation in retreats, workshops, ceremonies, trainings, and events is undertaken at your own risk.
By attending a Soul Sisters retreat or event, you confirm that:
you are physically and mentally fit to participate
you will take responsibility for your own health, travel arrangements, insurance, belongings, and personal safety
you will inform organisers of any relevant medical conditions or accessibility requirements prior to attendance
Soul Sisters and Sundance Events Ltd are not liable for:
travel disruptions
injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property
participant behaviour
circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including weather events, venue issues, political unrest, transport disruption, or force majeure events
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international retreats, including retreats in Spain or other overseas locations.
Soul Sisters reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat, workshop, or event whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, or negatively impacts the experience of others. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
5. Online Sessions & Digital Services
For online sessions, courses, and virtual events, clients are responsible for:
having adequate internet access and technology
attending sessions on time
ensuring a private and suitable environment for participation
Soul Sisters is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet failure, technical issues, or third-party platforms.
6. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
Payments for services, retreats, workshops, and courses must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated at the time of booking.
Deposits for retreats and events may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund policies may vary depending on the service or event and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Soul Sisters reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or refuse services where necessary. In such cases, appropriate refunds or transfers will be offered where applicable.
Missed appointments or cancellations made outside the stated cancellation period may not be eligible for refund.
6(A). Payment & Refund Policy for Imrama 1 & 2
By enrolling in Imrama Level 1 – Spiritual & Psychic Awakening, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.
Payment in Full
Students who choose the payment in full option will be charged the full course fee at the time of enrolment.
Payment Plan
Students who choose the payment plan option agree to pay the initial deposit and all subsequent monthly instalments according to the agreed payment schedule.
By selecting the payment plan, you are committing to the full programme fee and not solely the initial deposit payment. The payment plan is offered as a convenience to spread the cost of the programme and does not constitute a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
Missed or Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment is missed, declined, or otherwise fails to process, access to course materials, live development sessions, and any associated programme content may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been received.
Soul Sisters reserves the right to remove access to the programme where payment obligations are not fulfilled. Access will only be reinstated once any overdue payments have been brought up to date.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the course, immediate access to course materials, and the limited availability of places within the programme, all payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:
Change of mind
Non-attendance at live sessions
Failure to complete the programme
Personal circumstances preventing participation
Missed sessions or unused course materials
Cancellation by a Participant
Should a participant choose to withdraw from the programme after enrolment, they remain responsible for any outstanding balance of the agreed course fee where a payment plan has been selected.
Cancellation by Soul Sisters
In the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled by Soul Sisters, participants will be offered either a full refund of payments made or the option to transfer their enrolment to a future programme.
Disclaimer
Imrama is a spiritual development programme intended for personal growth, self-discovery, and spiritual exploration. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional therapeutic advice or treatment.
