Together we bring decades of experience in healing, mediumship, energy work, spiritual teaching and personal transformation.
Our passion is helping others develop their gifts in a way that feels authentic, empowering and deeply grounded. We believe every person has their own unique connection with Spirit, and our role is simply to help you recognise it, strengthen it and trust it.

A Journey of Spiritual Mentorship
Imrama II is more than a series of workshops—it is a journey of spiritual mentorship with Avril and Gertrude.
Throughout the programme, you will be guided and supported by two experienced spiritual mentors who are committed to helping you deepen your connection with Spirit while developing your gifts with confidence, integrity and trust.
Each workshop provides a safe, heart-centred space where you can ask questions, explore your experiences, receive guidance and practise your intuitive, psychic and healing abilities alongside a community of like-minded souls.

No. Imrama I is designed for beginners as well as those who have already started exploring their spiritual path. Whether you are completely new to intuition and energy work or have had spiritual experiences for many years, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Many people join Imrama because they feel something awakening within them but are unsure what it means. You do not need to identify as psychic to participate. Imrama helps you understand your sensitivity, strengthen your intuition and develop greater trust in your inner guidance.

Imrama is far more than a course, it's a Spirit-led, transformational journey.
Rather than simply learning spiritual concepts through the mind, you'll experience them through guided healing, activations, meditation, energy work and practical spiritual development. Each workshop is designed to help you embody the teachings, deepen your connection with Spirit and naturally awaken your own intuitive and healing gifts.

If you're unable to attend a workshop, don't worry. Every workshop will be recorded, so you can catch up at a time that suits you.
All workshop recordings, guided meditations, course materials and supporting resources will be uploaded to the course portal and will remain available for the duration of the programme, allowing you to revisit the teachings and stay on track throughout your journey.

To help you feel comfortable and get the most from each day, we recommend bringing:
A yoga mat
A cushion
A blanket
An eye mask (for meditations and activations)
A journal and pen
Plenty of water
You're also welcome to bring your own lunch, or you can purchase food in the hotel's restaurant during the lunch break.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing anything else that helps you feel relaxed and supported throughout the day.
